The lower house consists of 2 floors as well, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed, 2 kitchens (one on each floor), hot tub and a large terrace with plenty of seating area together with a fireplace for a BBQ. It's also set up as a 6+2 place meaning it can accommodate 8 people. There is a strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the whole property. Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance. Pučišća also boasts a soccer field, basketball court and during the season a water polo area with an active school for water polo and swimming. Bol and the beach Zlatni rat is just 25 minutes away with a car. To protect your peace and privacy, this property, when booked as a whole is only for your purposes so you have complete privacy and exclusivity. All areas shown on pictures are available strictly just for you as our guests. We allow guests to bring alongside them one small dog. For this villa general house rules apply, as they do for other villas in Dalmatia meaning that the noise/music levels outdoors should be at moderate, normal levels after 23:30h. Villa FJERA is an ideal stay for couples, business travelers, families and friends. Parties are not allowed since this is a holiday home, therefore it's NOT suitable for large groups of friends that are under 24 years old.
